1) Dedicated websites in three seperate languages 

We have versions of our all our website and social media outlets in English, German and French. Not only that but we have seperate GMs dedicated to each language, so you're not just seeing information run through a translator. If you want to know the latest news first than this is where you go. The GMs regularly update the main page to let you know whats going on Event wise, what offers are coming to the Boutique and when maintenance is scheduled for.


2) Allods Online info 

The homepage of Allods Online offers you everything you need to know about the game. Whether you're looking for the history of Sarnaut, more info on which class to choose, links to our social media, customer support and loads more than this is the place to look for it. Along the sidebars you will see a list of topics that should interest you as you enter the game. If you can't find what you're looking for than click the link to the forums and ask our community and GMs for help.


3) Further information 

If you need to ask a question about the game there are a variety of links to choose from. The Forums host many seperate topics, find which one best suits your query and post your question. Not only will the GMs try to help but you'll also find that we have one of the best communities around for giving their fellow Sarnautians a helping hand. You can also find links to our Twitter account and Facebook to keep up-to-date on all your Allods Online news. If you want to delve even further into the community then you might want to check out the Guild Portal by following the link on the main page. Here you'll find fanart, chatrooms and discussions from our GMs and most prominent community members. We have recently set up the Allods Codex as well. As with all wikis it is a work in progress, but out community have been fantastic with helping us out so have a look and see what you find. If you'd like to get involved with the Codex and add content get in touch with one of the GMs and they will show you how. Should you need more technical support than you can also find that through our customer support link. This will lead you to series of answered FAQs. If they can't help you can write a ticket to our support team for further assistance.




1) General Discussion 

Here you can find the forum for everything you want to know and ask about Allods Online. Whether it's proposing an event idea, asking which server to choose or just talking about the game in general, you'll find like-minded people here. The GMs regularly post their own topics about updates, events and useful tips and tricks from players too, so it's always worth checking out. If you have anything you'd like to get off your mind than share it with us here!


2) Various Forums 

In the forums section you'll see many diffferent sub-sections relating to things like specific classes, player auctions, questing and guild requests. You can use these to get a variety of answers from the GMs and community. If you're stuck at a tricky part of a quest, looking to start a guild, need to know if your Summoner build is any good, than you can get all those answers, and many more, in these subsections.


3) Support Forum

If you come across any bugs, or throw away a quest item by mistake, or experience any technical trouble whatsoever then try our support forum. Look through the topics and you may find your answer. If not you can ask our GMs for help by giving details of your problem in a new post.



1) Main Features

The Guild Portal hosts many features. It is where you can find some of our most senior community members discussing the important subjects of today (or laughing at videos of people faceplanting) in the chatroom, there are a host of groups and topics to join to help you intigrate into the community more, and you can also find tonnes of fanmade art and videos for Allods Online. You'll often see the GMs hanging out in the chatroom, replying to threads or starting topics and blogs of their own too. The guild portal also comes in English, French and German, so be sure to sign up to the right one!


2) Guild Pages 

Each guild that signs up to the Guild Portal recieves their own page. This can be very useful for organising in-guild events, storing images from successful raids and leaving messages for your guildmates in general. You can also view how many members your rival guilds have and interact with them in threads and in the chat room.


3) Media 

We're lucky enough to have some very talented community members when it comes to fanart and videos. You'll find their work showcased on the forum, Facebook and in our main site media section, but if you want a full rundown of just how good they are than the Guild Portal is where you need to go. From blogs to videos to images from Sarnaut we have loads of fanmade content for you to browse through. If you fancy joining in simply sign up and start uploading your videos and images. You'll aso find creations from the GMs over there too!




1) FAQs 

If you have any questions regarding Allods Online you can check out the FAQ section and see if you can get your answer there. They have a range of subjects from all gPotato games, and also from the gPotato Store, so chances are they will have your answer in there. If not you can move on to our next feature and ask the dedicated Allods Online support team for help. gPotato support also comes in French and German.


2) Ticket Support 

If you are unable to find your answer in the FAQs and the Forum than you will need to write a ticket to our support team. These are there to help you with whatever technical issues you may have, be it download problems, lost items or any other one you have. They're good at what they do, so don't be afraid to ask them for help, and remember that the only stupid question is the one not asked.


3) Gpotato Top-Up

If you've spotted something in the Boutique that you'd love to have for your character then the gPotato store is where you will go next. Here you can top-up your account with gPots and also check out how you can earn free gPots.




1) Events and News 

GMs will post events and news to Facebook on a regular basis. Here you can interact with the GMs by commenting on the proposed events, leave feedback on upcoming updates or just ask them whatever you'd like. Being Facebook this makes it easier for you to keep track of whats happening in Allods Online, so if you haven't Liked us already make sure you do! We also have French and German Facebook pages for you.


2) Showcase Your Work

There's nothing we like better than seeing fanmade images and videos from Sarnaut. Whether it's a picture of you and your guildmates celebrating a successful raid, a video of you wandering the icy hills of Siveria, or a PvP video in the Nezebgrad arena we want to see it! Faecbook offers a great platform for you to share your triumphs and laughter in Allods Online with the rest of the community. Post your work and watch the comments roll in!


3) Meet your community 

Being a Facebook fan of our page will also give you an opportunity to meet and talk to people from the game somewhere outside of Sarnaut. The GMs run events on Facebook every week, people post their fanmade creations and others ask questions. We all comment on and Like what we see so come on over and join in.

If you're the type of person who wants to know the latest news, events and offers even when you're away from your computer than start following us on Twitter. Here you'll get tweeted all the important news as it happens. We also send out links to some of our fanmade creations as well, because some of them are so good they need to be shared to as many people as possible!


2) The Producer's Twitter 

As with all top level secrets some things are so exclusive they can only come from the Producer's Chair. Well we're offering you access to exclusive material and news when you start following the producer's twitter account. It's already up and running with screenshots and news for the upcoming Volume 4 release, and you can be sure there will be more of that as we move towards the live launch and beyond!


3) Different languages 

As with all our social media and community features we offer Twitter accounts in German and French as well. Follow whichever one you'd like and stay up-to-date with what's going on in Allods Online!




1) Exclusive Videos 

With new content we get new promotional videos, the place to find these is over on our Youtube. You can browse new videos or look back at videos from previous updates, we have them all there.


2) Fanmade Videos 

As we've said before, our community are great. They come up with some amazing videos all the time, and so we like to showcase them as much as we can. Youtube is great for doing this, as we can help get ones like Iloveuall's PvP battles or Latheion's hilarious videos to as wide a community as possible. Youtube is also great at hosting events on, like the I <3 My Class tournament.


3) 3 Seperate Channels See More

Not only do we have a dedicated English channel, but there are separate French and German ones too. Each hold different fanmade content, from their respective communities, whilst also having the official Allods Online videos.
